"Good communication multi-family syndication"
Invested in a multi-family property outside of Phoenix, AZ. Overall happy with the investment, they have been paying out. Recently moved from monthly to quarterly payouts and updates but they are doing quite a bit to turn the property around and I feel they have been transparent in their communication.
